The Spanish Postal service have informed that the most affected areas currently are in the province of Valencia (46XXX) where there has been significant damage and transport locally continues to be difficult.

The sorting facility is now back in operation and service to the province of Castellón (12XXX) has been restored.

Work is being done to restore a full mail operation but in some areas this remains difficult and delays are to be expected.
