Spain’s post advises that as a result of improvements in transport capacity and the resumption of flights from and to Spain, the list of destinations for which it is able to accept mail has been further expanded. The post is now able to send mail (letter-post, parcel-post and EMS items) to the majority of countries with which routes are open.
However, in the absence of transport links, Spain’s post still cannot accept mail (letter-post, parcel-post and EMS items) for a number of destinations (countries and territories). The post does not accept letter-post or parcel-post items for destinations to which no transport capacity is available. Therefore, the force majeure situation previously declared remains in force. This will continue to have a major impact on operations and, consequently, Spain’s post remains unable, until further notice, to guarantee quality of service for all types of inbound and outbound mail (letter-post, parcel-post and EMS items).
