Spain

Spain’s post advises that until sufficient transport capacity becomes available, it is unable to accept letters, parcels and express mail service items destined for all countries. This continues to have a major impact on operations and the post remains unable to guarantee quality of service for all types of inbound and outbound mail. The previously declared force majeure remains in place until further notice. However, the post is able to resume sending mail to a number of destinations, including the United States.
