Malaysian Post have informed that heavy rains and massive flooding has severely affected the postal network with a number of post offices closed. A number of roads are inaccessible to traffic, delaying the delivery of all mail types.

The most affected states at present are TERENGGANU, KEDAH and KELANTAN where delays can be observed.
