Japan Post continue to accept mail but have notified us that the delivery of all types of items are currently being delayed owing to damage caused by the earthquake that struck the Hokuriku region on 1 January 2024.

The worst affected areas are as follows and delays are likely to be experienced:

• Niigata, Toyama, Ishikawa and Fukui areas

Parts of Hokkaido, Yamagata, Nagano and the Hyogo areas.
