El Salvador Post has informed that the heavy rainfall caused by Storm Julia throughout the country has impacted the road network. This situation is disrupting mail operations for the acceptance, processing, distribution and dispatch of international mail. As a result, delays should be expected for items destined to El Salvador until further notice.
