Korea Post have informed that a fire at a major national server facility on the 26 September 2025 has disrupted the entire postal network.

The damage from the fire is significant, and full recovery is not expected in the short term. All Korea Post service and call centers are affected.

As a result, delays are expected and the post is unable to verify the status of items until further notice.
