Philippine Post has informed that the south-west monsoon is causing severe weather conditions with heavy rainfall and flooding, in several parts of the country.

The affected areas are:- National Capital Region, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Zambales, Bataan, Rizal, Cavite, Occidental Mindoro, Pangasinan, Tarlac, Pampanga, Oriental Mindoro, Bulacan.
