PHLPost have informed that owing to the severe weather conditions which are currently affecting parts of the country that postal operations will be suspended from 1 September 2025 and until further notice for the safety of its personnel and the public. All inbound and outbound mail services will be affected during this period in the below areas.

Metropolitan Manila and the following provinces:

Bulcan, Cavite, Negros Occidental, Pqmpanga, Antique, Oriental Mindoro, Quezon, Rizal, Laguna, Camarines Sur, Albay, Sorsogon, Catanduanes, Masbate, Northern Samar
